Any ticket purchases made on a third-party ticketing website will be subject to its own refund policies and as such this specific refund policy will not be applicable.

 

In the event that you may need to request a refund, please contact us as soon as possible and a refund will be issued within a matter of days.

If a refund is not issued within 3-5 days, please contact us immediately.

The theatre collective has a right to refuse refund requests made on the day of a paid performance.

 

In the event of a cancellation or an indefinite delay on a paid performance is announced, refunds will be issued to everyone with no questions asked.
